Prices   

  • The prices in the shop are shown in CHF. The price includes the Swiss Post economy tariff. You can choose from other shipping methods. The additional costs are displayed. 

  • The prices in the shop are shown in CHF including VAT.

Payment  

  • You can pay conveniently with us by credit card or PayPal.

Shipping 

  • The dispatch takes place usually 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.

  • If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss in the post lies with the buyer.

  • Your goods will be sent with the Swiss Post. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent with
    B- Mail. For deliveries abroad, the postage depends on the respective country.

Order cancellation 

  • Cancellation is only possible before delivery.

Return

  • It is not possible to send the goods back. However, you have the opportunity to examine the items in our museum shop in Goldau before buying them.

Defects / exchanges

  • As the buyer, you are obliged to check the goods upon receipt and to report any defects to us in writing within 5 days. Exchange / return is only possible in the event of defects, incorrect delivery or defective items.

  • The postage for a possible return, for the purpose of exchanging or remedying the defects, is your responsibility as the buyer.
